TROUBLESHOOTING:
1. Clear cache & cookies; close browser and reopen before attempting to make a purchase
2. Try multiple browsers/devices when experiencing website navigation errors
3. Check junk folders when account activation or other permit related email correspondence is not received in a timely manner
4. Check that only system supported file types have been uploaded (accepted formats are BMP, TIF, DOC, DOCX, and PDF).
